Designed to house the regional office of the Bank C&S were commissioned as Architects and ID. Designed to provide a luxurious drop off ensuring visitor vehicle control and access with discreet screening of visitors at all levels. Perhaps the earliest 2 lvl basement for parking and Services.
Clear floor plates with services placed along the access corridor and egress route. Provisions of permanent external finishes and Efficient glazing systems protected with projected boxing , contributed towards savings in maintenance costs and energy saving. For its time this project was also the first to have advanced security and M&E infrastructure.
