Sft The Local Head office of the State Bank of India was Located on the corner of the property facing a fork In the road. This ensured the stair and core structural glazing took prominence throughout the day and night when the lobbies were illuminated.
Our endeavor was to save the over 100-year-old trees on the property which was possible by planning the ramps to the basement within the overall footprint despite having over an Acre to use. The Judicious use of Glazing with protection ensured minimum heat gain along with the orientation where the summer angle of the sun was largely protected by the extremely large trees for most of the day.
