This preliminary Proposal for grade Commercial development takes into consideration the Impact at a Micro and Macro level.
A Plaza at the entry level would be an asset to the occupants who get to enjoy a landscaped plaza for a well-deserved break as and when required which also draws one towards it when viewed against the chaos on the major road it faces.
A combination of shading devices such as false wall screens and foliage will add to this proposed Net zero-project.
